cool job expectations on craigslist

Looking for a floral designer who:
Has a MINIMUM of 2 years retail floral shop experience (this is NOT negotiable. period.)
Is upbeat, positive, outgoing and friendly
Can design with a knife Pays exceptional attention to detail
Is dependable
Realizes that working in a flower shop is not *.....so much fun, just playing with flowers all day long* ;o) Is willing to run deliveries, scrub buckets and maybe mow the lawn (in addition to designing)
Loves dogs
